Fifteen top speakers were invited to participate. They were given 15 minutes to present on any topic they wanted. Most of them presented tools to improve your business. Coach Lam being a forward thinker presented on the "Principles of Success" Integrity, Attitude, Choices, etc.

Coach didn't think he had a chance of winning. He is always a proponent of wearing a suit, but for some reason on this day, he decided to dress more casual. Almost everyone else was in a suit. He was one of the last speakers, so he had to be better than anyone before him. Since Coach always strives for outstanding, in his usual manner, he outperformed all his competitors. His topic of returning to the basic building blocks of any successful venture far outweighed his casual approach. Once again his unique yet dynamic approach sent the message home. For this he won the Power Talk Award!
