A. Their are numerous video examples of Bill teaching on this web site. More examples are being added all the time. Watch for Bill's new series on "The Principles of Success" where he will be giving you a brief overview of each principle.

 

Q. What size groups does Coach Bill speak or interact with?

A. Three sizes: Large, Medium, Small
Large Groups of 200 or more: Although these are more lecture style with less interaction, Bill still manages to engage the attendees and get them thinking about moving towards outstanding. video

Medium Groups of less then 200: Much more interactive where Bill will engage the participants while challenging them to be outstanding by applying the Principles of Success. video

Small Interactive Groups of less then 20: Coach Bill really applies his coaching skills while challenging and encouraging each individual to be outstanding. This is especially beneficial to upper level managers and upper level sales leaders. Coach Bill already has successes in this area, and your management and sales teams can benefit from his coaching. video

Small group lecture style with less interaction: Sometimes your team just needs a bit of encouragement, and direction. Coach Bill can bring that extra edge and insight. His passion is seeing people become more, to strive for outstanding, so he prefers to have interactive sessions, but he is also available for lectures and as a guest speaker.

A. With advance notice, Coach Lam will work with you. He has combined visits to speak with college and high school programs, groups of coaches and entire athletic departments. Additionally, he can tack on workshops for coaches, or combine a visit with area business leaders.
